Quaint, Comfy, Close & Convenient

It though the road to get here was a bit much. A td out of the way, but would stay again. Once we arrived it was nice.

Very cute house, quiet and cozy.

Came to WV with friends to visit family. House was clean & very comfortable. Felt like home. Very quiet & peaceful! Will stay again next time we visit WV!

Lovely older style house in a quiet area

Well first I almost never give 5 stars I feel there is always room for improvement. The house was conveniently located in a nice quiet neighborhood which served our needs well. It was clean, organized and well supplied. The view spectacular from the deck overlooking the city lights.

My family of five stayed at this property for a fall break getaway. The house was charming and very conveniently located to Charleston and the surrounding areas.

I stayed at this location with my husband and his brother and wife and their 9 month old. This house was perfect for two couples and beyond our expectations for also having a little one with us. I didn’t think the two living rooms would be as helpful as they turned out to be. Once my nephew was down in one of the back bedrooms we (the four adults) were able to go to the second living room, which is located on the opposite side of the house, and continue to talk and hangout without the fear of our noisy conversations waking him up. Michael was very accommodating and helpful knowing none of us had ever been to Charleston.

We appreciate the location and that we could have our dogs. If you have dogs, be aware that it is all hard wood floors and dogs can be noisy on hard wood floors.

It is good for what I was using it for.

The house was very warm and cozy. Convenient to downtown restaurants and shopping.
