"Soggiorno piacevole grazie alla vista e alla posizione, ma con diverse mancanze pratiche che hanno un po' pesato sul"

La vista dalla terrazza: albe e tramonti spettacolari. • Letto comodo e cucina ben attrezzata. • Internet stabile, ottimo anche per lavorare. • Presenza di zanzariere alle finestre. • Proprietaria sempre disponibile.

• Terrazza diversa dalle foto (niente sdraio, solo due sgabelli e ombrellone da montare a caso). • Nessuno stendino per i panni nonostante ci fosse la lavatrice. • Pochi accessori pratici (solo 5 grucce, niente forbici, un cucchiaio, solo due rotoli di carta per una settimana, nessuna cialda per la macchina del caffè). • Piano inferiore con odore di muffa e bagni senza finestre né prese d’aria. • Rumore esterno (campane, vicini rumorosi, trattori e auto) e isolamento acustico scarso. • Check-in in ritardo di 2 ore e mezza, maniglia della porta d’ingresso rotta e non riparata. • Scale per la terrazza scomode per persone con poca mobilità.

Insectos, ruído de água corrente do autoclismo, falta de simpatia no atendimento, escadas muito estreitas, casa de banho com sanita na cozinha, casa de banho com duche apenas no ultimo piso

"Casa pequeña bien situada pero con poca higiene."

La ubicación.

El sitio estaba muy sucio y era poco higiénico. La ducha estaba llena de hongos y los suelo llenos de alfombras con muchísimo polvo. La zona de la cocina tambien daba aspecto de descuidado y el baño de abajo olía muy mal. No dormimos cómodos de lo sucio que nos parecía todo. La escalera tampoco es nada cómoda con un niño pequeño.

The view from the roof is just amazing.

There was a lot of mold on the wall in the bathroom and first bedroom. I understand that building is really old but with no ventilation being inside is just unhealthy.

The location was smack in the middle of town so we were already close to all the cool things about Monsanto (the narrow streets with boulders, castle, etc). The apartment was so cozy, the rooftop terrace was so neat, our room going up the spiral staircase was very nice. Could accommodate four people due to the bedroom in the basement that my wife and I did not use.

Trying hard to come up with something. Perhaps TV in the kitchen/living room area, but that's just a matter of preference since at home our TV is in the living room not the bedroom. We lucked out in finding free parking around the corner but good luck.
