Jumeirah Muscat Bay

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel in Jumeirah Muscat. The service was excellent from beginning to end. A special thank you to Elias for his outstanding room service and professionalism throughout our stay. We also want to thank Amjad, who welcomed us every day at the entrance with a big smile and great kindness. His positive attitude truly made our experience even more enjoyable. Thank you to the whole team for the warm hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back!

Really clean and pleasant sea water. Nice sea view from the room. Good breakfast with berries and fruit.

The location is really isolated. No opportunity for a walk after sunset except by the car way

Sofas and chairs were terrible, they don't suit someone who has knee issues, herniated discs or over weight, specially if you booked a large room to enjoy the view and use the in room facilities you will not enjoy

Spent four nights here, stayed in room 501, a beautiful and spacious room with a wonderful balcony view. The beach is so relaxing and it’s a nice touch to have your double sunbeds made up and much needed water delivered. The sea is perfect for swimming and we used a paddle board to go a little further to snorkel. The breakfast and dinner buffets were top class and we enjoyed trying the Omani options. The food was all amazing but the fattoush salad, king fish, Thai chicken and lychee curry and pistachio brioche were particular favourites. We also ate at the roof top Italian and had a cocktail at the rooftop bar; again amazing quality with unbelievable views. The staff were all so welcoming, it was nice to be greeted by the charming Omani receptionist, the restaurant staff were wonderful, we enjoyed an interesting chat with the restaurant manager and the beach staff advised where to go snorkelling. As we know Oman well we didn’t venture far but mainly because we didn’t want to leave the hotel!

Unbelievable experience. One of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. Amazing location, friendly and helpful staff, great selection of restaurants and activities. Made a special effort on my partner's birthday with some cake and flowers. Would love to stay again.
