Very clean, quiet community.

The garbage disposal service needs to be improved. The bins outside of the apartment had trash on floor. It may have been from creatures of the night. Other than that, the property was immaculate and communication with the property management team was easy.

The property was very well kept on the inside and surrounding area, however, the hallway and trash disposal areas could be better maintained.

My family is sold on staying at Kasa Wellington South any time we are visiting there. The 2BR/2BA apartments are spacious and modern, with huge closets, the furniture is comfortable, the amenities are really nice, it's a gated community, there's plenty of parking, and it's a very quiet place away from road noise. And it isn't inconvenient-- it's adjacent to Wellington Green shopping, just a few hundred yards and one right turn away. Publix is easy walking distance for groceries/deli, and there are a ton of restaurants right there in that large shopping center. The pool is beautiful, just like the pictures, and there are walking paths all over. The only thing that wasn't perfectly convenient was that we were on the 3rd floor, accessible only by stairs. So if you need first floor, you should coordinate availability for that in advance. It wasn't a problem for our group of 4, but I can see where it might be overlooked by someone who needs to have elevator access. This stay was a test for us, and Kasa gets an A+. We have family in Wellington and we will absolutely stay here every time from now on.

I loved the decor and spacious bedroom and living area. I was very comfortable here.

The property was very spacious and not too far from the pool. The pool area was great. The rug in the main sitting area of the living space in the condo, should be thrown in the garbage as it was torn and shredded and was not necessary in the space. It really made the space feel dirty. The bedrooms need mirrors as the only one in the whole space was in the bathroom. Also there was no hairdryer available and no hooks in the bathroom or bedroom to even hang a towel. Overall I did enjoy my stay there but when I booked I was lead to believe that there was a balcony but it was ground level which we did not like.

There were no blankets in the rooms was freezing, and you had no ability to turn it up or down. Other than that, it was very nice.

We were amazed at how well thought out the needs for living in the apartment were made: washer and dryer; kitchen appliances and utensils; ceiling fans in living area and bedroom; towels and washcloths; trash cans and liners; large walk-in closet with iron and ironing board; large bathroom; good window views; and even an outdoor balcony for sitting. The extra facilities were great; also, clubhouse, exercise room, large swimming pool area, and more. one recommendation would be to add a grab-bar or two in the bathtub area.

This place is not far from the amphitheater if you are planning on attending any concerts. Super clean, comfortable and very easy get to, gated, awesome kitchen. Exceeded our expectations! I will definitely be coming back! I highly recommend for couple’s getaway or for family stay cause it’s very spacious.

This is a great place to stay! Upon arrival, access was easy all directions sent ahead of time. The unit was very clean and well-kept. There's ample parking and it was quiet. I will definitely book again when in this area!
