The premises are dirty unmowed they claim to have a dog park. It is unsafe. The gates are broken do not mow.

Close to shopping and groceries. The space was incredibly comfortable with a cozy living area and two separate bedrooms. It felt like a home away from home. I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a spacious and relaxing place to stay!

Kasa Wellington is just ‘ok’ to stay at. The biggest plus is it’s in a good central location. If you’re used to living dirty, this is the place to stay. Side tables and chair seating had water stains. Tub had cracked glazing. There should be an elevator. General unit maintenance would be a good idea. Although property management team is responsive to concerns.

Kasa had everything we needed. Very clean. Ice cold AC but a little noisy.

My husband and I have been going down to Florida for years to visit family and have stayed at various hotels and houses, but hadn't yet tried an apt. We are thrilled that we now have a go-to place and don't have to "reinvent the wheel" every time we go back. We stayed in a 1 bedroom Kasa apt that was quite spacious and was a great location for us having to travel between families living in Delray Beach and Royal Palm Beach. The complex is close to various restaurants, and was quiet, very clean and safe (need a code to open gate to the complex). As indicated when booking, there are no elevators. Parking is ample. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was great and it was nice to have a table and chairs to sit out on the patio. Nice size dining room table as well. Communication for check in, check out and any questions we had was excellent and was answered almost immediately. Cutlery, dishes, glasses and pots/pans seemed brand new as well as the appliances. It was also nice having a coffee maker with some pods (and tea) provided for those emergency needs! Apt has a washer and dryer, a huge walk in closet, an iron/board and provides plenty of soap/shampoo/conditioner/hand lotion. Clean sponges for the kitchen were provided (that has not always been the case in past experiences). No toxic air fresheners! Bathroom towels could use an upgrade but other than that, we're definitely looking forward to staying at Kasa again in a couple of months.

This is one of if not the best hotels or overnight stays I’ve ever had. Well furnished, spacious, big flat screen tv, balcony and most importantly very well cleaned for the most part. Very easy check in as well, don’t have to talk to anybody, you get everything online. The only negative was the tub could’ve been cleaned a bit better. But besides that I loved it. I spent 4 nights here and I will definitely be back here again!

Conveniently located, easy instructions and great response as well. Good location if not familiar with the Wellington area. Spacious as well

Wonderful stay! So clean and spacious. Comfy bed….

Stayed for two nights before moving son in to college. Everything was super clean, pool was beautiful and check in was easy with the virtual experience. Location was walking distance to grocery store and shops. Will definitely be back next year.
