This is the good place to recommend, the room very clean nice smell and the service was excellent 10/10 I would say 👍🏽😊

Modern, clean, professional hotel.

I was quite surprised about the actual distance to the airport. I went there with the driver, I have no idea about bus transfer and received no information about this.

We were thankful to Miss Crystal for helping us with 'Hotel pick up fr the airport'. We didn't speak any Mandarin, so would had been stranded at the airport if it wasn't for Miss Crystal 's help over the phone with the Airport's International Desk, who didn't speak any English. She also made our check-in process smoothly once we arrived at hotel. Thank you Miss Crystal. We also liked the wonderful & sweet driver, Mr. Tom who came into the arrival hall to pick us up & made us feel welcomed. Please thank him & also thank the driver who drove us back to the airport. (We didn't get to catch his name) Both drivers were kind & courteous. We appreciate all of your staff. Your hotel is very new, clean, & beautifully designed, especially came w wonderful staff. We would love to stay there again when we come back to Kunming! :)

1 night stay for 3 adults in 2 rooms Upside: (1) Value for money: Booked this hotel for 1 night on our way back from Dali and before our flight departing Kunming the next day. We figured it was more convenient and cheaper to stay here (about a 10-minute drive to the airport) than at a downtown hotel (rush hour traffic in Kunming can be bad). Rooms were fresh and new, and very comfortable. Bathrooms had an extra-large rainforest shower. (2) Conscientious service provided by driver from hotel to airport. While free, airport transfers have to be booked in advance. When booking, the front desk asked for our flight number. When sending us to the airport, without prompting the driver confirmed our flight number and inquired if indeed it was our intention to go to the airport that early (we did so to eat lunch at the airport). (3) Good gym by hotel standards. It was spacious and had new equipment. Towels and water were provided. Downside: (1) Location: Aside from proximity to the airport, there doesn't appear to be much of interest to tourists in the neighborhood. You may need to eat most of/all your meals at the hotel restaurant.
