"One of the best airport hotels I have stayed."

The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable. Staff is helpful. The Opus restaurant offered an excellent buffet. Very big spread of delicious food, and generous free flow of drinks. Appreciate the very early morning shuttle service to the airport.

It was an overnight stay to catch an early domestic flight the next morning. The hotel provides courtesy free airport shuttle and the hotel restaurant serves excellent food especially the signature roast duck. Satisfying stay

"Great Stay of Luxury"

The staff spoke decent English. They were extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel was well designed, super clean, luxurious, and comforting. I was able to get breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the hotel restaurants, I plan to stay there again..A perfect hotel to stay in.

We stayed here twice in transit. The property is clean and neat. The service was good. The airport shuttle requires a reservation from the airport and it is inconvenient if you are just transiting, particularly if you don’t have a China phone number. The breakfast was amazing and for transits that have a long morning we’d definitely recommend this hotel. If you just need a bed and nothing else it may not be the most convenient.

"AMAZING TRANSIT/AIRPORT STAY"

What a great 1N stay at this property to start my journey in Yunnan. Kudos to Ms Tingyu from the front office team for such a great hospitality from the checking process until her shift ended. Thank you for your kind consideration to let me check in early and taking care of my needs especially when I forgot to bring my travel adapter. You are truly reflecting the true hilton amazing hospitality. She is such a great asset to this lovely property and you will be grateful with her english speaking skills as well. Not to mentioned as well thank you so much to the shuttle driver for the airport pickup help. Thank you once again and definitely I ll come again and revisit doubletree by Hilton Kunming.

Free shuttle service at 20 minutes past the hour from the airport and every hour from hotel to airport. Takes 10 minutes to go to hotel. If you want a pickup you need to contact them 2 hours in advance or take a taxi (90 Yuan). Very clean and spacious room with view of skyline and nice design. Seating area in front of window. Good food and drinks in the hotel. There are various local restaurants close to the hotel. Very friendly staff. Good value for money. We booked this hotel twice on a stopover.

Not much to do in the area but perfect for an overnight stopover.
