Locations was great!

Towels are literally face towels and when you go to the front to ask for bigger ones, they don’t provide full size towels, it’s ridiculous who travel with full body size towels and who wants to dry off with such a small towels. Also, the place was dusty and there was hair when we arrived not fully clean. One of the beds sheets had stains even thought they say the sheets are sanitized visually it was pretty nasty to see that.

Great value for the money and conveniently located. Super clean and crispy sheets and a comfortable bed.

The kitchen was not equipped with any dishes, glasses, cooking ware or silverware - so really unclear why one would want to have a kitchen if you cannot cook in it. The bath towels were super small. Not enough hangers in the closet. The reception staff was not friendly and borderline impolite - no smile, no conversation, just focused on doing their transaction and getting you out of their way.

Amazing view from the 26th floor. The view was amazing. The terrace was beautiful.It had really nice amenities as far as like the bathroom was nice. Just a typical shower but the bidet was like an extra nice thing and then also they had a Samsung really fancy washer and dryer. There was a lot of amenities downstairs as far as restaurants and stores so that was like really nice. Easy access to food easy access to the bus station the subway and they did have electric bikes and scooters all around the facility. Also, there was plenty of taxis. It was very quiet. The atmosphere was nice. There’s a lot of like local activities to do in a lot of things that were free. It didn’t cost money. They even have like a little boat taxi down the road, but the boat taxi only goes one way so I was like OK as far as the establishment though it was fine I mean, I really couldn’t complain. the condominium view itself just gave it like five stars, but you could definitely see the whole little town like where you stay at and then the elevators are really fast and Staff was really pleasant And really nice and whatever you needed. They were willing to help and get you what you needed to get and the beds were soft. They were comfortable the closet. Space was nice if it’s all your luggage. The TV was great. I think they had everything possible and they had all the apps they had Netflix they had Disney+. They had genie apps they had everything and that’s pretty much it

I guess the only couple things that I can point out that I did not like about the condominium was the white furniture because there was some staining on it from previous stays it wasn’t cleaned very well. It was a little dusty in areas. The windows were dusty, but if you open the screen, you can see out of it besides it being a little dusty the shower area was a little dusty, but you know it still had really great water pressure hot water was Exceptional. The kitchen area was very clean so except for the floor. It just have like some little dusting crumbs, the kitchen table it was sturdy. It just had some regular wear and tear so that’s not too much of a complaint. The automatic heating control system was a little bit complicated because the air condition wouldn’t get cold and it got really really hot And the chair on the patio was unraveling so I can only sit in one chair and the clothes hanger if you want to wash laundry, the little rock to hang the clothes on it was broken so I wasn’t able to hang out any of the clothes I had to go downstairs which they did have a washing machine area down there they had a laundromat on the third floor and then another one on the first floor and they did offered to give free large detergent if you were washing

Close to subway station. Clean room with wash machine and microwave oven. Can cook simple food in the kitchen. Easy to go to the Central Park and Outlets by subway. Some restaurants and convenient stores are available downstairs.

The internet was not stable during our stay. TV lost the signal and in-room WiFi lost as well, from time to time.
