건물이 신식이라 전체적으로 깔끔하고 객실 안에 갖출건 다 있어서 편했다.

레지던스라 그런지 호텔같은 서비스를 기대하면 안됨. 요청 사항은 전화나 문자 남기라 그래서 전화를 했는데 안받거나 문자로 남겨주란 답이 와서 문자를 남겼지만 대응을 받을 순 없었다. 크게 중요한건 아니라 프론트에 찾아가진 않았지만 직원의 적극적 응대를 기대하면 안될듯.

The place itself was perfect for my needs. Great unit. Great location for basing myself at so I could navigate Seoul and the surrounding district. It was helpful staying here to learn how to navigate the train system.

English communication through emails would be helpful here with the instructions clearly laid out if they want to make it easier for international travelers. It was hard to communicate with staff on arrival, especially as I arrived after staff had left for the day. Towels were small, lucky I only stayed a couple night here and used it as a base where I left the bulk of my luggage, then went into Seoul to stay. More English instructions would be helpful all round, such as for the washer/dryer machine getting additional towels etc. Only saw that you could get more towels when I was leaving the accommodation.

Given more towels to make up for the tiny ones. Given some of the staff coat hangers.

Emergency number was not operating as it should be.

是獨立的公寓房間那種，設備相當齊全、整潔度也很棒！最重要的是離車站很近，而且是首站，所以地鐵都會有位子，唯一稍微有點不太方便的是水要一直去櫃檯拿

Wir hatten eine helle, freundliche Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und Küchenteil im 32. Stock. Der Blick auf das Meer und die lange Brücke zur Flughafeninsel war beeindruckend, besonders beim Sonnenuntergang. Auf der anderen Fensterseite schaute man auf die Straße mit den Hochhäusern, was auch toll war. Die Toilette war voll digital. In den unteren Stockwerken waren einige kleine Lokal und ein Geschäft mit totaler Selbstbedienung. Die Lage war gut und es gab in der unmittelbaren Nähe eine U-Bahn. Nach 2 Stationen war man beim großen Central Park, Informationsbüro, Museen und Rundfahrtbussen. Wir kamen bereits am Vormittag ins Hotel und konnten die Koffer abstellen.

Das Personal an der Rezeption konnten kein Englisch und war nicht sehr freundlich. Man erhielt keine Informationen. Wir mussten an einem Automaten einchecken, obwohl Personal da war.

洗濯機、コンロだけでなく、鍋やお皿、箸にスプーン、食器用洗剤も常備。収納もあり、クロークもある。また室内ベランダがあって、高層階からだと眺めが良かった。WiFiは部屋とフロアの2つのアクセスポイントがあった。空調も一括管理されていて、その他にエアコンもついていたので、室温は常に快適。風呂はシャワーだけだが、十分。トイレはウォシュレット付き。アメニティは無いが、1階で調達可能。ジャンプ、ボディソープは備え付けがあった。 1階には食堂やお弁当屋さん、無人スーパーに無人カフェ、24時間コンビニもあり、全てカード決済OK。ここだけで日用品や食事はほぼカバーできる。ただ店員さん韓国語オンリーで英語もだめだったので翻訳アプリは必須。

室内ベランダに物干しが欲しかった。ただ、タオル干しはある(隠し収納になってる)ので、それほど困らない。テレビはあるが、ネットテレビなので、民放などは見れなかった。ただyoytubeやNetflixは見れるので、こちらもそれほど困らない。部屋の電源はスマートメータで一括管理されているが、ハングル表記のみなので、ぱっと見使い方がわからない。ここでも翻訳アプリは必須。
