Blood in bed linen Broken window Lamp not working in shower. Lack of kitchenware The apartment is cramped for 5 people And the ladder to the gallery is uncomfortable and scary. A tumble dryer ruined our clothes. We did not receive timely service. We escaped from there two days ahead of time to another place !!!! And they are proud of the fact that they gave us 10% compensation The place is not suitable for a vacation more than one day., And certainly not with small children

No internet in the smart TV Very Dangerous stairs (in our apartment) for kids We ask for late checkout, they lock us outside for 25 min (no one even say 'sorry' about that)

Quiet location, good views

New apartment with all the necessary things. Dog friendly appartment. Self check in is a good thing, but a little tricky..

It was not very clean. Some of the dishes had stains on them and it was all a little dusty. There was no broom, wich is a necessity when traveling with two dogs. On the ground floor all apartments have terraces (wich is very good!), but they are very close to each other and there is no barrier between them. A little privacy would be nice!

Apartments are located in a very quiet and beautiful area, few minutes away from the black forest main attractios. They are in a very good condition, very comfortable rooms with fully equipped kitchen. There is plenty of parking space.

There was a bit of dust in the room, but nothing major.
