The room is new ,beds are comfortable, kitchen well equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine and stove. Also it is equipped with are plates, utensils, one pan, one pot, cups. It’s nice that there is washer and dryer on the house grounds (you just need to bring the detergent and it costs money). The WIFi was good, view from the house is gorgeous and the whole area is very quiet

I didn't know that ahead of time, but this is an apartment that acts like an AirBNB, meaning you get the facilities (kitchen, WiFi, hot water, towels and linens but you need to take care of everything else- garbage bags, toilet paper, wash your towels (if you stay a lot of days and want clean towels), dishwasher tablets, soap and more). And of course, you clean your room and dispose of the garbage. In addition, there are no people at the check in/out counter. Everything is digital (and doesn’t always work) and if you want some help you need to call or email the help desk. When I asked for help they helped pretty quickly but still, its hard not to have anyone nearby. The entrance to the attic (the 3 extra beds) are through a very dangerous ladder/stairs with railing in only one side of the stairs. I don’t recommend it for families with young kids as it’s very dangerous. There is no air conditioning but it wasn’t much needed. At nights it gets colder. We stayed at the only room without balcony and it was really a dissapointment (room 7). In order to get into the room there are some stairs (no elevator) Also, the area surrounding the house isn’t maintained and doesn’t have shade at all.
