Fairfield by Marriott Goa Benaulim

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Fairfield by Marriott Benaulim, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality and attentive service. The entire property is stunning—beautifully designed, spacious, and set in a peaceful, serene environment that instantly helps you unwind. The swimming pool is huge and perfectly maintained, making it one of the highlights of the stay. The gym is also excellent, well-equipped and ideal for keeping up with your fitness routine. One thing that truly stood out was the dining experience. The restaurant is lovely, and the chefs went above and beyond—they happily customized my meals exactly the way I wanted, and every dish turned out delicious. The food overall was exceptional and added so much to the experience. The property itself is quite expansive, giving a sense of openness and calm that’s hard to find. It truly feels like a perfect getaway from the chaos of daily life. To top it all off, the stay was excellent value for money, making the overall experience even more satisfying. Overall, this was a fantastic experience with great service, beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, and amazing food. I would definitely love to come back again!

The location and the staff and amenities were great! Lots of things to do for kids, accommodating staff especially the kitchen staff (a special mention to Chef Pranjal) It is a stone’s throw from the beach which is ideal!

There were too many houseflies in the Kava Dining Restaurant! Honestly didn’t want to eat food at the restaurant due to this, would have appreciated if this issue had been taken care of.

Breakfast area was always fully crowded. Menu was good. People who were serving did not react well most of the time. Barring the Lady who was receiving the guests, many other serving staff avoided eye contact and some of them did not respond to guests in polite manner.

Staff were not always very cooperative and it was taking them more time for regular work. Crowded Cafeteria and rushing staff most of the time. A few staff members did not even bother to respond or respond with "Sir".

There were frequent power cuts(power kept on going on off ) in our 2 days of stay . Also, while checking out we went for lunch and we had to wait for 15-20 mins just to get someone to take our order (this was after 2-3 reminders to the staff to send someone to take order)
