"Overall, it was good but there's room for improvement."

The location was good and the amenities were decent but there was no proper parking space and most of the gym equipment was damaged or not working.

The breakfast could have been better. It was very average and the same menu was served on all three days of our stay.

Variety & quality was very good Ambience was also very good. Behavior & cooperation of all staff was very good &homely.

We enjoyed our entire stay very much. But we may enjoy our stay little more if tavel desk service was provided by the hotell management instead of third party arrangement.

When it rained on Sunday 17th may it was not possible to cross over from one wing to the other as the connecting passage is exposed to rain. However the staff helped us go thru ....this passage Needs to be fixed for safe passage from one wing to the other

Property/ location is good. Mr Shomit (from front desk ) and Mr Chandra (Chef team) were helpful.

Overall response was very slow. There were issues with room which we informed reception and room service but no proper solution was provided. We have suggested for room change or upgrade (chargeable ) but surprisingly there was no response. Full money was debited before our arrival.Also fluctuations in electricity was annoying(we were informed that it was due to state government )
