Quick check-in, cleanliness, amenities within the room n in the premise, food options. All the staff was really helpful in their inhouse restaurant. Appreciate Royston, Raj for good service during lunch, dinner time. The location is really good, benaulim beach is at a walkable distance.

We really loved the hotel’s ambience and the warm, friendly staff—what stood out most was how they organized a variety of engaging play activities for kids throughout our stay. There is a market place and good SPA, Sateesh is an excellent masseur.

They could ensure to have the rooms cleaned throughly

Staff were excellent. The waiter Riz was very attentive and Ban/m at the entrance of the dining hall was welcoming with a great smile.

I need a cigar lounge, not just a smoking area in the heat.
