Sivana Tulum

Great staff, nice and helpful with setting up a car to airport. The location on the beach was great, the rooms were cleaned daily and the bedding was nice and white.

The shower did not work well at all, water cut in and out and was either burning hot or cold. There was not a refrigerator in the room and their was no where to get drinks except down the street which was inconvenient to do as you laid out in the hot sun.

Location is great, first beach line. It’s quite far from big party areas so no disturbing beats during the night time. Personnel is cheering.

Water in the shower is quite salty and it’s very hard to find a temperature sweet spot . It’s rather cold or hot. Be ready for several electric power cuts during the evening time.

This hotel has salty water in the bathroom and shower. Made it very uncomfortable to shower and brush teeth. Rooms are super small. Staff is nice and helpful. Beach is small but cozy. Our room was facing the main road and we could hear everything. There is pharmacy right across from this hotel. For the price they charge per night, they should have fresh water in the bathroom. They do have convenient parking and few places to eat very close by.

The things I liked about Sivana was how attentive the host and staff were, the property was always kept up. I liked how comfortable the bed was. I liked how the beachfront has a private outdoor shower, the swings was a nice addition to the beachfront atmosphere. I liked the location was a little secluded but still only steps away from the restaurants and beach clubs.

Loved the beach

It was a rainy day and the roof leaked. Could’ve used extra pillows (personal preference). It would be nice to have a bar on the beach.

We had the beach view room and it was amazing. Spacious with table and chairs, a fridge and coffee maker. The balcony overlooking the beach was awesome with comfy seats and a hammock - a perfect place to chill. There were beach lounges on the sand for a change of scenery, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a swim. The staff were super nice and helpful and made us feel welcome

The shower was quite poor - not much flow and the water was salty.

Llegamos a una habitacion y al regresar de cenar nos dijeron que siempre esa no era y nos tuvimos que mover, no era una buena fecha pero el agua olía feo, la luz se iba a cada rato.
