Very clean, quiet and well presented.

Beds were comfortable, the kitchen also had all the required cooking utensils

We definitely needed more coffee mugs and some basic kitchen tools. One of the toilets was a bit spooky because of a small staircase, which was a real problem with little kids around since they couldn't use it. Plus, one bathroom had a broken floor, and I'm not even sure where the water from it was going. Usually, hotel bath towels are white, that's just how it is, but these were brown and it really put me off.

Loved the comfort of the room made it feel warm and welcoming

The bed was broken when we got their and was really creaky to move on

It was great accessible and really comfortable. The staff also helped me with an extension on my stay too. Overall fantastic experience.

After a 7 hour drive l found the room comfortable and well stocked with tea and coffee

I absolutely loved my stay here! It was a very nice spacious room with lovely decor and extras. We had two bottles of water on arrival too which was extremely helpful. The location was great too with less than 15 minutes walk from the centre. The parking was really good too which was very helpful because that can be expensive. I requested early check in which Helen was amazing at accommodating a time for me. I would definitely stay again!
