The location was good for me. The room was clean. When I had a problem with the lock the response was excellent, problem solved.

Would have been better with a private toilet/shower but I understand how much work that would require so fair enough.

Excellent communication ahead of my arrival meant I had the bed configuration desired. Clean and tidy room. USB plugs provided. Good selection of tea and coffee in room. And welcome chocolate bars. Spacious, well equipped kitchen (perhaps a cafetiere could be provided). Lovely scented hand washes and two towels provided. Ear plugs available as property is on a busy road - but not required as not bothered by any noise myself. Short walk into town and helpful information about King's Lynn in room. Have been staying at Helen's properties for several years now. No complaints about these fairly priced guest houses. Feel safe with electronic locks. Also thank you for finding my sunglasses before I had to leave town!

Supportive staff, clear instruction to get in the house. Great location and price. good size room, clean toilet and kitchen

Room is not sound proof. You can hear everything from outside and upstairs.

Close to town and the park. Room was spacious with a very comfy bed. The shared kitchen was spotless and fully equipped with plenty of cupboard space for guests. This was our 4th visit and will definitely be returning again next year.

Had a good stay. Large bed and comfortable bedroom. My mobility issues made it impossible to access the bathroom upstairs. Thanks for the powder room one the again.

Large room, easy access, free parking.

Sits on the main road so road noise was a little high. You need to be aware that the bathrooms are no ensuite ( it does say that) but leaving g your room and locking it to go and unlock a shared bathroom isn't for all. Ho in with your eyes open.tomthis and it's great value.
