Beautiful room with lovely décor and great attention to detail. I appreciated the extras like water, coffee, kettle, shower gel, fan and fridge. The bed was also very comfortable.

The walls and floors were not very well soundproofed, so noise from other guests could be heard quite easily, especially footsteps and TV sounds at night. However, the management was polite and helpful when I reported it.

The rooms had a personal touch compared to a hotel- a fan out ready for the hottest day of the year, brunch bar snacks and earn plugs. Very clean, ensuites looked new. TV and WiFi worked great. Great communication from host.

Communication about parking and entry to the property was very good.

I was not keen on the stairs to get into the room.

Easy access and very well situated.

Very close to town but out the way of the noise.

Location good Kitchen was very good but didn't use Security was very good Lack of toilet / shower facilities wasn't the best Single beds very small
