Perfect location

Wow! What a beautiful hotel - right on the water. Slept with our windows open and fell asleep / woke up to the ocean waves! We will be back!

The view around the hotel is great. Short distance from ferry. The lady at the reception was very helpful in connecting us by phonr to the ferry authority.

Booking com writes reception is open till 22:00. But. not, they close at 20:00. We wrote a message saying we would arrive at 21:00, but never got a message back sayin reception would be closed and key in locker with password. If we wouldn't have called on the phone around 19:00 to discover this, and get the locker number and password during the call, I am afraid we may have not been able to open the room. In the end, after the call, all was solved.

We loved the place and would hurry back if in the area! The proximity to the water, the feel of the place, and the general ambience was fantastic. It was exceptionally clean. There was a turntable in the room with some LP 60s, which was very fun That said, there were a few things we didn’t like, but not enough to override highly rating the experience. There was only one small trashcan in the room and we wound up having to put trash on the floor. They didn’t offer in-room coffee but there was a coffee vendor that you could walk to and buy your coffee for $4 up.

What a gem! Its perfect. Design and decorating, staff, location, amenities. One negative: the coffee bus outside, although cute and vintage, does not open at 6:00am when travelers must leave and when coffee must be available.

A great little find, modern and stylish but most importantly right on the beach and in easy walking distance to the Island Queen ferry to Marthas Vinyard. The coffee truck outside also is a really nice touch.

Super clean, great staff, cute, amazing view, parking right in front of room. Lots of unexpected touches. Wish we had more time here.

I love the location and the room was on the beach. . We came with our dog and we had an amazing time here.

Parking, very tight spots. Asked for the truck beside us to move over and they never had the truck move Over. We were unable To park in our marked spot. Parking area should be wider.
