Excellent! Bookin in was so easy as done online then keys from screens all very quick. Lovely high end looking hotel x

Lovely room but the window doesn't block noise from the bars and clubs surrounding the hotel ! 5.30 noise stopped good job its a later breakfast time .

Didn't have breakfast. Location is great, staff excellent. For the price I paid I fully expected a room that smelt slightly of oui, with little space a small bed and tired fittings. Instead, I had an immaculate room, lots of space, a large double bed and a decent size single. The bathroom fitting where Grohe, quality kit. I had a few beers in the bar; very good staff. In fact, all of the front of house people I encountered were young and enthusiastic about their roles, which they genuinely seemed to enjoy

Un día nos dejaron la habitación sin hacer y en la moqueta había alguna mancha. Por lo demás, habitación amplia, plancha, secador, etc. Camas bastante cómodas también.

Great central position in Manchester , room was spacious , clean , and quiet ! Beds were very comfortable too Staff were very helpful and visited the bar several times which has loads of sitting space Breakfast was excellent, so much choice and well organised Had a great visit , glad we booked this particular hotel and would definitely visit again !
