I was at the hotel at 11:30. They told me that there is no room available for now. It is under cleaning. I accepted that. Because my check in was 15:00. But the staff told me that if yuo want to pay extra 25 GBP per room, i will find something. I said no thanks. I asked him again, if i come to the hotel after 13:30, our rooms will be ready. The staff told me that probably it wil l be fine. Then, i was in there at 13:30. The same staff was looking for the rooms. Suddenly the airlines company's pilots and cabin crew showed. All the staff turned them and started to their check-ins. The same staff stopped checking the computer. AND HE TOLD ME THAT I AM AFRAID YOUR IS NOT READY. PLEASE COME BACK AT 15:00. I requested slippers for the rooms twice. we do not like walking at the room with our shoes. We prefer to take slippers. But they did not bring it.

Window to hotel room was locked ans air con wasn't cool enough. Very hot room.
