Check in was very easy and smoth . The receptionist and her name is Aya, she was amazing , professional , and she is very happy and that makes me feel very welcomed. She explains everything I need . She definitely needs a reward. Thank you for your amazing service Aya. The hotel is very clean and has an amazing room very big and clean. AC did work very well and the facilities are amazing.

Location

2 family rooms booked and required wheelchair accessibility for one room. Not provided. Asked a staff can we change 1 of the rooms and she never came back to me. Asked a second time at reception and was advised they would come back to me. No follow up.

Location

Still don’t like that there’s no memberships for people who stay a lot, I travel over for plenty of United matches and have stayed probably 10/15 nights in the last 12 months and with zero discounts
