Good location on the sea front in a quiet area within easy walking distance of the centre and stations.

The (double) room was small, with barely enough space to get round the bed. Limited breakfast options.

Excellent location on the quieter Beachy Head side of Eastbourne.

The churl on reception who couldnโ€™t accept a straight apology for unavoidably late arrival. The loud rattling bedroom door and tired interior.

Perfect location to stretch legs after finishing the South Downs Path. Right on the beach and within walking distance to the town's shops. The owners were friendly and provided everything I needed.
