Ramada by Wyndham Istanbul Sile

We were allotted a room which was at the very far end where wifi was not working and the room was smelling. We complained to the manager and inspite of repeated requests they did not attend to our complaint. After many phone calls our room was changed. Also there were staple pins and safety pins on the sofa and curtains which pricked us.

Das Hotel ist neu erbaut, das Spa ist noch eine Baustelle, noch nicht benutzbar, das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr geräumig und modern, das Frühstück (Buffet) war sehr großzügig

The sauna didnt work. The wifi didnt work. All there was to do was go to the pool and its a good half an hour walk to the sea. WIFI was super limited and didn't work at times in the room. You may be better off finding something that is closer to the sea. The good was the breakfast the cleanliness of the room.

Nice place to spend vacation with family.

Communications difficult. I think the hotel mainly for Turkish people. Trouble with the internet, trouble with the card key on the door. Nothing in mini bar and room cleaned at 5pm. Overall, just ok.

Great and comfy rooms. Amazing staff. Will definitely come back again

This Hotel needs better maintenance and cleaning. It is new but a lot of things is broken around the pool.
