A notre arrivées lac chambre était pas prête il manquait le lit supplémentaire et les serviettes . La piscine était pa propre mais le lendemain il l'avait nettoyer

The breakfast buffet at the hotel is great. Lots of different types of food. Also the outdoor pool is fabulous. Really big (30m length) so it doesnt feel crowded and with sunbeds etc around the edges. The staff will do there best to help

Service was a little slow. 1.5 hours for the lunch that we ordered on the arrival day. The rooms were not cleaned properly (found hair in the shower) Just be aware of the location. Not close to town (which we knew) but also cant walk easily to the beach due to the river (which we didnt know). Easy to get taxi's called to the hotel for you though

Leider lässt die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig. Alles verfallen oder schmutzig. Ein Hotel sollte in der Lage sein am Abend rund um den Pool sauber zu machen. Der Müll der Gäste vom Vortag lag am nächsten Tag noch immer herum. Auch sonst war das Hotel ungepflegt. Allein das Frühstücksangebot war gut, Kaffee allerdings ungenießbar. Nochmal würde ich nicht hinfahren.

The weather was hot and there was an issue with the AC. Flagged the case to the reception over 3 times but got no response/ action. I felt like the staff doesn't take into consideration taking care of their guests. Also, there were no tissues in the room, and requested the same but got no action. I don't recommend the property.
