Location was good.

Floor tiles were broken and making sound while walking on it. Bed mattress in one of the room were expired which caused me low back pain and I’m still having that pain. One of the room got boiler fit in so couldn’t sleep properly if someone gets into the toilet or uses the tap.

Liked the apartment in itself, was lovely and clean on arrival, spacious and as the name says - very cosy. It was in a great location to where I needed to be. The arrival process was straight forward, the people its booked through were fantastic. Nothing seemed too much trouble. It was like a home from home.

The only thing I would say could be improved would be for a light maybe to be added on the outside where the main door and gate is as it was quite difficult to see when it was dark coming in and out of the property. And maybe add some lamps into the rooms so that the big room lights don't need to be used all the time and its not pitch black when they are off :)
