Very clean, spacious, has everything you would need and excellent customer service from host. Location is convenient for NEC. Blocked off parking was a nice bonus.

It was well set out and had everything we needed. Our first night there was no heating, the host came over the next evening when we were in, and showed us how to turn it on. He also put the shower door back on its runner.

Steep stairs to the apartment, which were difficult with a suitcase. We had an infestation of insects, possibly cockroaches, in the kitchen. Not all parts of the cooker and hob worked.

This flat is above a burger restaurant, which is not shown in the images. The flat itself is OK, but you can find better for the same or less. The primary issue was the cockroaches. They were everywhere, more-than-likely originating from BurgerShack downstairs. The host offered to move us to the attic. We couldn't imagine this would be much better. When I complained about the cockroaches, the host implied that it was my fault for not mentioning it sooner (I mentioned it on the first day after work). Word to the wise: look elsewhere.

Nice modern design, comfy beds, easy convenience to a shop, good cooking facilities

The property was not available when we tried to access using key box. We had a 25 night booking and had advised the landlord that we would be late arriving due to a delayed job. Staff arrived and couldn't access the property so had nowhere to stay. Landlord was contacted and said the property needed cleaning - believe he had let it to other people. Then took 2 days to say it was ready and is refusing to refund the 3 nights we had to book for staff to stay elsewhere. Messed around at the start of the booking too. He confirmed the booking, we paid in full, then he rang a few days before we were due to go saying property not ready for another week and tried to put us in a different property that was not convenient for staff as a location! DO NOT STAY AS BOOKING.COM CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALSO TERRIBLE AND THEY DO NOT RESOLVE YOUR PROBLEMS
