"I believe it would have been better in another apartment but it was only the small things that were disappointing."

Location was great

Fly screen wouldn’t close properly. Toilet bowl wasn’t seated to the floor and small creature comforts weren’t there.

Location: Really good and very convenient. We enjoyed going to Hilary’s cafes and restaurants. We used uber and didi a lot and they picked up and drops off right at Nautica reception. Apartment: stayed in unit 214. comfortable and clean. Kitchen and dishwasher was handy. We used washing machine and dryer which was good to have. Apartment a little dated but everything worked. Bedroom facing the common area had some fan/vent noise going on some nights. Beds were comfy.

Service: friendly and helpful. There was a failure to verbally mention that water would be turned off for maintenance during our stay. Instead there was a notice in the room which we didn’t take note of. They should verbally mention clearly on check-in rather than just rely on a room notice.
