The street lights at night made the rooms really light. Not good if you need a dark room to sleep.

The facility was spotless inside and out. The staff were friendly and helpful. They replaced a damaged shower head and PowerPoint within an hour while we were out having breakfast. Great outlook from our balcony. Nothing was a problem at all. The lock up underground carport was great. The location was close to beach, amenities and food outlets. We caught the boat to Rottnest island from boat harbour a 5 min walk away. We got there late, I was tired and couldn't work out how to get the key out of lock up ( simple to open just my brain was fried from the trip) to my surprise manager was still there doing paperwork, heard me and came out and helped me. Great service from all staff. Apartment was beautiful and cosy. It had everything we needed.

The only thing that I could point out,(Which didn't cause us any problems at all personally) was the lack of a lift to get out of carpark and to get to the 2nd and 3rd floor apartments, It was all stairs. Like I said didn't bother us, we can walk up stairs. But if you were disabled could be an issue to get to 2nd and 3rd level apartments. However there were ground level units to book.

Location and rooms

No curtains on bedroom windows and big carport lights and resort lights. Very difficult to sleep. No aircon in bedrooms. No cushions on pool furniture. Very uncomfortable and hurts to lie in them.

Location. Apartment was comfortable and well fitted out. In particular the couches were a good size and very comfortable. The view was also excellent. Short walk to all amenities (including restaurants, cafes, shops etc)

Pillows were a bit too firm for us and although there were spare pillows they were the same. Being on the 3rd floor with no lift.

Room worked well for 2 couples

Internet was too slow. There was only 1 fan for 2 bedrooms. There was only 1 car park card for 2 cars. No consumables such as salt & pepper, milk, tomato sauce.

Very clean and modern, well equipped and great location, plus friendly and helpful reception team
