Breakfast is great.

Checkin location is 15 min walk distance from where to stay and no one informed it before arrival. Waiter of breakfast is really worse and asking for breakfast ticket several times.

Hotel is situated in a silent, peaceful place. The workers in reception are very kind and helpful.

WiFi didn’t work well.

Large room, comfortable beds, good location

Tooms were dirty, many cobwebs around the rooms, old spills on floor not cleaned (under bed), dusty.

The property resort is really nice as you can take a swim in hallstater lake and alot of thing to do.

The distance of hotel from the resort as the guests are with the luggage. Suggesting you to provide some commute atleast for the luggages

the picture what was shown was not the place where we stayed.. and no reception in the hollwirt…no mail or information we got to checkin in different location. was very disappointed. we couldn’t enjoy the stay. very disorganized.

The apartment was nice, spacious & comfortable. Great view on the balcony.

We walked 17 minutes with our heavy bags to the hotel, to see a sign that says we have to walk back to another hotel to check in. (It would have been helpful to have known this information before doing the walk from the station). During the check in, the receptionist was very unhelpful and rude. We waited outside the room for an hour for it to be cleaned, although it stank of cheese when we did go in. The wifi didn't work. We received a message to say we would be entitled to a buffet breakfast, but this was not the case when we asked. Very very strange check in process.
