La amplitud de la habitación, Cama enorme y cómoda. Alojamiento silencioso muy cerca de la Playa de las Canteras.El anfitrión muy amable me trajo las llaves.sobre la marcha. Buena atención por su parte en todo momento.

En general estaba todo bien y bastante completito de accesorios, frigorífico grande con congelador, cocina, calentador de agua, cafetera, secador... y todo bastante actualizado

Que falló el checking en máquina al llegar a la parte de atrás del DNI, lo positivo es que llamé y me solucionaron

La experiencia fue muy negativa. El sistema de check-in automático no funcionó y tuvimos que llamar para que nos abrieran la puerta de forma remota. Aun así, no nos proporcionaron llaves, lo que nos dejó sin posibilidad de salir y entrar con normalidad durante la estancia. Además, el apartamento estaba sucio a nuestra llegada, lo cual es inaceptable. La gestión por parte del alojamiento fue deficiente y no ofrecieron soluciones adecuadas. No recomendaría este lugar.

"Lo barato sale caro"

Lo único bueno que tenía el alojamiento era la ubicación, cerca de playa de Las Canteras

No me gustó absolutamente nada. Llegas y la máquina para hacer el check-in no funciona bien, mucha gente esperando. Iba con un bebé y me dieron la habitación pasadas las 16 de la tarde, llamabas al número que te facilitaban y te contestaban 2 chicas muy bordes de un hotel y te dicen que no pueden hacer nada que ellas no trabajan en el apartamento sino en el hotel. No hay sitio ni para dejar las maletas y las habitaciones huelen mal, a tuberías. A eso le añado que la habitación que me dieron no tenía agua caliente. FATAL
