Hotel Indigo - Silverthorne by IHG

The hotel was clean, the room was clean and nicely decorated. The bar downstairs was nice and the food was good. The staff in the bar was okay.

The room we stayed in, had a very small trashcan and after the third day, it was overflowing. The room service food tasted fine, but was a little expensive for the quality and quantity.

Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

The hotel itself was good ,but its staff especially the manager Kathrine Goodman were not. The manager Kathrine Goodman is a complete liar. Look at the footprints on the door--they are deep and clear. How can she call violent kicking 'knocking on the wrong door'? She twisted the truth by labeling a victim--who was defending his rights under Colorado Revised Statutes § 18-1-704.5 and demanding to call the police--as an 'aggressor,' while shamelessly describing the hoodie-wearing trespassers as 'victim teenager guests.' This is a total fabrication. She bullied real customer as a foreigner who didn't know local laws. After proactively offering IHG points as compensation, she later refused confirmed guests' second stay at check-in, and even called the police as a form of harassment, which severely disrupted travel plans. Her management is a disgrace to the Hotel Indigo brand. She is hiding behind "confidentiality" to cover up her own gross negligence and defamatory lies.

Great location.

Way too many taxes added on our bill!

I booked a stay for one night through hotels.com. They charged me again, despite having already paid through hotels.com. I have made several phonecalls and they either do not pick up most of the time or in the rare cases they do pick up they keep transferring me between front desk and billing and guest services, with 15 min holds in between and they keep saying they are trying to call management and then either I get disconnected or they say management will call you back which does not happen.

Quietest hotel ever!
