Great location. Lots of restaurants and bars close enough to walk to. The hotel was beautiful and clean. The decor was beautiful. The rooftop bar was very pretty and great views. The little lounge area outside to have a intimate night with a close friend or partner was sooo cute

Room service was quick and amazing we ordered towels and sheet and they were delivered almost immediately.

Parking and breakfast were an extra charge. Parking was $19 self park per night or $29 valet parking per night. Breakfast was not included it was $17 per person. For how nice the hotel it parking and breakfast should be included in overall price.

Super location. There are coffee shops and restaurants close enough to walk. The rooms were spacious and extremely clean. I would definitely stay there again.

"Noisiest Hotel ever"

If you like the movie My Cousin Vinny, this hotel is for you! Literally the train is a block away and comes through at least at 5 AM and sometimes at 2 AM ! Apparently the idea of sound proof glass was not on the minds of the architects and contractors. You can hear every motorcycle, garbage truck at 7 AM and the corner outdoor bar who sound like they are right outside your window on the fourth floor! In addition, hair dryers next door, vacuums are de rigeur! Sound proofing walls was apparently not a priority either. The outdoor bar on the 7th floor was nice. But seriously, I cannot recommend anyone stay here who desires a peaceful, quiet night’s sleep!

"Horrible customer service"

I will never stay at this hotel again. In the midst of Hurricane Helene aftermath, I had a reservation I needed to cancel, as I am unable to travel - have no power, water etc. Their policy is a 48 hour cancelation window. I called 36 hours in advance to cancel and they said they would still charge my card. The manager finally acquiesced but then hung up on me. How’s that for customer service.

"Its was okay but expensive for what the rooms look like."

The location and lobby were nice

The room was expensive and the room was okay. In our room there was wallpaper peeling off of the walls. It just didn't seem like the room reflex the expensive price tags
