Nisu nam dozvolili da 1 sat udjemo ranije,zato vreme su nam ne pitavsi,promenili lokaciju smestaja u odnosu na rezervaciju!!!Operater nas je 20 minuta zavljacio tokom roming poziva.U drugom smestaju koji nismo zeleli,nismo mogli do 4ujutru da zaspimo od galame jer su ispod bili lokali.Ovakvim postupanjem smo izmaltretirani I diskriminisani I napravljeni su nam dodani troskovi.

Doresc să îmi exprim dezacordul față de modul în care a fost gestionată rezervarea mea. Inițial, am rezervat cazarea la aceasta destinatie, însă am fost relocați la o altă destinație, fără ca această schimbare să fi fost acceptată de noi în prealabil. De asemenea, una dintre principalele motive pentru care am ales această cazare a fost mențiunea privind disponibilitatea parcării proprii, însă, la fața locului, am constatat că nu există parcare privată, ci doar opțiuni publice sau stradale, aspect care nu a fost specificat corect în descriere. În aceste condiții, consider că serviciile oferite nu corespund celor prezentate în momentul rezervării, iar faptul că nu a fost acceptată anularea plății este inechitabil.

Заранее выбирала квартиру из-за местоположения. За час до заселения пришло уведомление от управляющей компании, что они меняют номер на квартиру, расположенную в 1,2 км. от этой. Я сказала, что мне критически важно расположение и попросила заселить в забронированную мной. Молчали два часа, потом предложили вариант чуть ближе, но тоже далеко. Отказалась от брони. Впервые столкнулась с таким на букинге

The bedrooms were very clean and well maintained. The beds were large, comfortable, and cozy – we slept wonderfully. The management company was responsive.

There were exposed wires hanging out of the wall next to the entrance. Since we were traveling with a small child, I found this very dangerous and placed our suitcases in front of it. The shower in the bathroom was heavily covered with limescale; it really needs a thorough descaling and ideally the entire shower cabin should be replaced. The wallpaper looked old and worn, and perhaps because of that, there was a slightly odd smell in the apartment.
