Great location. Very modern, quality amenities including walk in shower.

Quite noisy on Saturday night given the location.

Great place, beautiful modern in an old gorgeous building. Almost next door to the cathedral, which is what we were there for. Very cosy and plenty of toilets and bathrooms, although we all used the walk in shower bathroom. Despite a few issues don't hesitate to stay as it was so cute.

A few issues, mostly with a distinct lack of crockery, don't know if the agents are looking after this element. There were 5 of us and considering 3 double beds, we didn't have 5 or 6 of anything to eat off or drink out of, so we could all eat at the same time. This is poor for the quality of the rest of the property. Might be used mostly for overnight, but we should all be able to have a drink together, I drank tea from a bowl! A few other things need looking at in terms of maintenance too.

The heating didn't work, and the property was cold. The management said they could send a technician out, but it was 10pm, which was too late

A proper full of history cottage in town centre. Close to restaurants and shops. Inside is charming and comfortable.

Spaceous accomodations. Nice view both from outside and in. Good kitchen. Two bathrooms and toilets. Excellent location. Cafe/bar in the same building ground floor with good breakfast menu. Perfect for exploring the city. Bathrooms was clean.

There was only one roll of toilet paper.... Carpets need cleaning. Livingroom couch need cleaning. Windows need cleaning. More cups would be preferable. The entry code for the main gate was wrong, but that was sorted by phone fairly quick.

This property was much better than we had hoped for. It actually has 3 bathrooms (2 with amazing baths and 1 with a brilliant shower!) as well as the 3 bedrooms, the beds were super comfy and the place was spotless. It was in a perfect position right near the cathedral which u can see from the windows, along with the Holy Trinity Church. Right in the centre of the city so easy to walk to everything. It’s a historic building but modernised inside to a very high standard.

Very steep and thin stairs, not a huge problem but worth noting for future guests. Floorboard broken in one of the rooms, again not a huge problem but might be worth fixing.

The bizarre heating system that is supposedly energy efficient... Suppose but frozen for hours... Until the complex heating system was concurred... Although when you did that it was just for two hours.... No scissors... Knives etc .. are we self catering or not

Great central location, in a wonderfully quirky property which was more spacious than expected. The property was equipped with everything needed for a comfortable, self-catering stay. The property also had a secure little yard for my dogs to stretch their legs. I would definitely return again.

The mattress was a bit hard for my liking but that's just personal preference. Because the property is in the City next to a busy pub it could be a little noisy at times but again this was something I was fully aware of when I booked it and it had very little impact upon my fabulous stay.
