Not Clean & in need of some maintenance!!! Downstairs particularly dirty, crumbs & food on the sofas. Kitchen floor not clean. Did not feel like you wanted to take your shoes off! Cooker was dirty, splashes of food on knobs, the wall was filthy, fat splashes on the side of the microwave . Dirty used kitchen sponges. Lack of equipment, no oven trays for the oven only, lack of glasses, plates etc. Down stairs toilet dirty, splashes on the walls.. Upstairs cleanliess was better, bedrooms & bathrooms were clean. Staircases in need of work, banister loose, dusty steps. Rough parts on flooring on the landing. Hole in the floor in one of the bedrooms, nail sticking out of the floor very dangerous! Daughter hurt her foot. Generally needs a good clean & fresh lick of paint

The location was ideal, right in the centre of coventry, 5 minutes walk from everywhere at most. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the tv had netflix and other apps that we enjoyed once we had come in from a long day. The shower was a really good powerful shower, and the kitchen had an oven, kettle and toaster to use.

There was a massive gap under the door. Which not only let a draft in but also meant people could look in from outside, which was very unsettling. The noise from upstairs and outside was horrendously loud, you could hear everything going on. We were only left with 1/4 of a toilet roll, the light switch had lost its stitch and hurt your finger to push, and the door to outside the back, you couldn't open to let air in because one of the slides to the door was missing a part. The kitchen wasn't very well equiped at all either, and things just shoved in random places.

Lovely old property with modern facilities and in a great location.

Whole place was remarkable. Closeness to cathedral.

A beautiful feel to it, historic with lovely old features, yet restored and well decorated. It was warm and cosy, the beds were very comfortable and the showers were excellent.

Could’ve done with some shelving in the kitchen area, the layout of that space needs a little rethinking- the cutlery and plates were in an odd spot.

Spacious room, adequate towels and pillows, option to cook if required
