Full of character, excellent location, comfy bed, bathrooms good, nice linen, a lovely property very comfortable , easy code access, would recommend

Dishwasher full of dirty dishes so had to put them on arrival. Blind in main bedroom wouldn't pull up and light bulbs needed replacing by bed, on stairs. This property could be exceptional just small touches , needs more tlc , a welcome pack, somewhere for utensils , pans, crockery etc .

"Ideal for city centre and fantastic value for money"

Very quirky and fantastic spot for a university graduation , loved the period features and uneven floors and staircases but with modern amenities also with fab showers and cosy bedrooms

The living room was a hit uncomfortable especially for 4 of us and sofa really need replacing

"Lovely building amazing location"

The building was beautiful and historical

The stairs were very steep and the living room rug was a slip hazard

"Quaint building, central but not good"

5.0

Old historic building with charm. central to the city. some noise from the pub next door and people walking past on the street. we stayed in no. 5 which had an entrance door from the street. furthest from the pub. apartment for two people. noise was not a problem for us.

The heaters didn't work well. The bathroom was too small and the room was never warm enough and it was freezing cold on the floor. Bring slippers. In the combined bedroom and kitchen there were two large heaters. They got too hot and had to be turned off. Poor ventilation. The bathroom window could be opened. Ok! The small window by the kitchen could be opened, but out of the question due to noise and visibility. The outside door didn't seal. Cold air came in. Mice and rats in the park can easily get in when it gets cold. Disgusting to think about. There was no toilet paper when we arrived. No dishwasher tablets. Only one small vin glass and three large glasses. Difficult to get in touch with the place. We are often in Coventry but won't stay here.

"Nice city centre accommodation"

9.0

The accommodation is right in the city center, which is excellent. The rooms are spacious and well equipped.

We could hear people from the street until midnight, as there is a pub nearby.
