Cute property.

Poor security, flimsy and broken locks. Massive gap under front door, easily big enough for the numerous local rats to come through. Cigarette burns on bedcover. Very noisy at night due to late night/early morning drinkers walking by. Ear plugs needed for this property.

Basic accomodation slap in middle of city.

Nice flat - not luxury. Bit tired. Wi-Fi poor, bath and basin plugs stuck, TV faulty per poor Wi-Fi. Immediate area outside is gathering point for young & old drinkers.

Historical & central

Very clean, great location and what a wonderful building to stay in.

The stairs to access the property are incredibly steep which was not indicated particularly well beforehand. You also had to walk past them if you needed to get to the bathroom so anyone with an issue with heights would not do well here. A stair gate would have been appreciated.

The location was fabulous, central Coventry - right in the middle of town. Close to all the interesting venues, bars & restaurants ... and a real shoppers paradise. The building was quirky, wonderfully historic... modernised well. But with that goes what you should expect from this super ancient accommodation - steep narrow staircases. Wonky floorboards. We found it delightful. Beds were comfortable and warm. Shower was great.

The only drawback was Saturday night revellers could be heard all night long.. We wouldn’t book for the weekend again
