Very bad services no water in bathroom no tv no transportation to the beach the pool was dirty with full of trees list the the breakfast so poor many insects very small bathrooms the team were good but the manger Amir is not a helpful person

My third time at hotel every thing in hotel very bad resturants very bad food not good beach is good no entertainment at all no activity but staff so friendly they talk with me with amazing smile just staff is good in hotel

Very expensive for such service, the room was awful, very used broken furniture, but it was clean, very loud music till 8 am ,, the charged me for getting me the breakfast upstairs !!!! And they take an advantage of me and my wife looking for just a one night sleep rating us a very high price.

This place is a disaster, was planning to stay there for two nights and paid the amount in full as they mandated, yet I left it after two hours due to: - Over used furniture that need urgent renovation - Mattress, pillows and sheets are not clean and they smell - Bathroom is dying of neglect, not the cleanest place u can use, I felt an electric current when I tried to use the shower - A room had no block out curtains and the other one had torn out ones We arrived at our rooms around 3 AM and one of the rooms was overlooking the pool where they had a very very loud party so we couldn't sleep, they said there is nothing they can do about the noise so we requested another room away from it and were told that the hotel was fully booked, after fighting they offered us another room which was even worse than the one we had (smelled horrible) We refused to stay considering the very loud noise and the condition of the rooms and checked out with a promise that we will get a total refund of all rooms We kept calling them every day and they kept promising to refund the money but till now we didn't get any refund Our vacation was ruined as we had to go back home, we were cheated, lied to as we didn't get our money till now AVOID قمنا بحجز حجرتين لمدة ليلتين ودفع المبلغ بالكامل قبل الوصول كما اشترط الفندق عند الدخول إلي الغرفة متأخرا (الساعة 3 صباحا) وجدت الغرفه في حاله شديدة السوء، اثاث متهالك و المراتب و الملايات ذات رائحه كريهه ولا توجد ستائر لحجب الضوء لنستطيع النوم و لكن لظروف الوقت تغاضينا عن الموقف. ثم فوجئت بوجود حفلة في غاية الصخب اسفل الغرفة. توجهت إلي الاستقبال و علمت انا الحفلة تنتهي في السادسة من صباح اليوم التالي و انه لا يوجد شئ يمكن للفندق عمله!!! بعد الجدال قدموا لي غرفة أخرى كانت في منتهي القذارة لدرجة أن لون المخدات كان متغير تركت الفندق في الساعة الخامسة صباحاً بعد الحصول علي وعد من الفندق باسترداد المبلغ كاملا و حتي الان لم يتم رد المبلغ علي الرغم من اتصالي بهم يوميا فندق شديد القذاره، و قد احتالوا علي في مبلغ الحجز

The worst hotel that i have ever see. When i been there with another three guys the Hotel outside looked good, but when we went inside.....was like a resident evil location!!!! the stair full of trash, the hallway was in the same condition and finally the rooms. We were afraid to take some strange sickness and we slept on our sleeping bags. The morning after we paid and we ran away from that nasty place. Do not go!!!

we enjoyed our time with my family the room was enough for me and my wife and 2 kids , we spent good time , the room was clean and good service and the staff was friendly and helpful , the breakfast was very nice , i recommended for whom looking for nice clean hotel and good price in this area .

After 2 years i back again, the room clean the breakfast very good the staff helpful, i will back again for summer .i would recommend it for anyone who's looking hotel business the hotel location is excellent for any one want to come for business

services was bad , the laundry ruined our clothes and it was too expensive for hotel like this , the food was bad and expensive ,, the WiFi service was only for the owner even the games was in exchange of cash ..also there was a nightclub in an open area close to the hotel so loud ,ruing your sleep till the morning, so to sum up i don't recommend this hotel maybe in emergency night or something

I warn everyone thinking about staying one night in that Hotel, The staff is extremely rude, there is no proper room service, there is no water inside that rooms, the worst experience i had in my entire life, i stayed at many hotels before due to my work but this was one was terrible.
