Close to the airport Clean 24hr front desk

Airport shuttle starts running too late for us to take advantage of it. Had to uber to the airport. I booked there specifically because of the shuttle to the airport. I only stayed there for 3 hours. Was not worth it for me. If I knew the shuttle was limited I would not have stayed there.

All the mountains of trash in front of the hotel and the trash trucks everywhere

"If at jfk, stay here for a nice stay."

The staff were great. We missed a layover and needed a place to stay. They were able to let us book after 12:10 am, so it was great to have an option. Went to the front desk and they checked us in. Not only that, but they had toiletries for us to have some decency. The room was quiet, we had no windows, but it worked. Then we had breakfast, very good and had a nice staff helping around the breakfast area.

It was our fault, but we did not know they did not have a shuttle from 11:00 pm to 5:00 am. Just make sure you know that time period means uber.

Very close to the airport for my early flight. They also had a shuttle

The heat in my room was broken. It was 55° in my room and even though I set the heat to turn on, only super cold air came out! I asked for a space heater that barely worked and was delivered by an employee who did not care that the heat was completely non-functional. After 3 hours, the room was finally warm enough to actually sleep. But I didn’t get to the hotel until midnight the night before, so I had about 4 hrs sleep until I had to leave for my plane the next morning. The walls were paper thin so I heard every single thing that was going on in the hotel as well. For about $300/night, this was unacceptable.
