The location was awsom. There was no breakfast

Loved it here, from the moment you arrive the themed hotel creates a fun and spooky experience!

Very well themed & central location

Very uncomfortable bed, both me and my 11 year old woke with very sore backs. Other residents were noisy and no one to complain to as unmanned hotel Very musty which set off my daughters asthma

The room and the theming was amazing. So pretty and unique. If I was to stay again I would want a room towards the back of the hotel and not onto the street.

The bed was really uncomfortable, felt like I was sleeping on a slant, wasn't sure if some of the slats had gone underneath as the mattress felt really comfortable initially but was really uneven. There were ear plugs on arrival and the pub next door was really noisy and there was a scuffle outside the window in the night.

Amazing location and fun hotel for the kids.

Was noisy from outside, but not an issue as was to be expected in a city centre location just off The Shambles in York
