"Great Stay Near St. Mary’s Hospital — Just Needs Dinner Options - currently massive construction next door"

I had a great stay at the TownePlace Suites Rochester Mayo Clinic Area / St. Marys. The location is excellent—about three blocks from Mayo Clinic Hospital – Saint Marys Campus and only a block from the entrance to the Rochester MN Subway Pedestrian System, which makes getting around very easy, especially in colder weather. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything felt fresh and functional, and the staff was fantastic—friendly, helpful, and clearly focused on making guests feel welcome. The one downside is that there isn’t really a dinner option available in the hotel, and the area around the property is a bit secluded when it comes to restaurants. On cold nights especially, it would be great if the hotel offered some kind of in-house dinner or expanded food options. Overall though, it’s a very solid place to stay if you need to be near St. Mary’s—clean, convenient, and supported by a great staff.

"Great place for an Anniversary Getaway"

Loved the hospitality and the panoramic view from the top-floor suite. It was a combo anniversary/Valentine's Day getaway, and the "bridal" suite was amazing.
