Very modern and clean!

We had appointments for consult/treatment at Mayo Clinic and found this place on TripAdvisor. I cannot more highly recommend this hotel for their pleasant, kind and helpful staff. The rooms are spacious with enough amenities to provide for a comfortable prolonged stay if needed. Well stocked kitchen with enough pots, pans, utensils and dishes. Large enough refrig/freezer. Morning breakfast had enough varied items and a spacious dining area. Notable shuttle service that happily took us back and forth to clinic, as well as restaurants and food shopping. We were only there for a few days, but could imagine what a longer stay would be like. Thank you to desk, dining, shuttle, housekeeping and all others behind the scenes for making this possible.

The hotel is great. Staff were incredible. Brittany at the front desk was upbeat and did her best to help us with everything we needed. Shuttle drivers were great also. The hotel has a complete kitchen with cook top and microwave and dishes and utensils. They have a nice indoor garage, however it was $24 per night. It is worth it in the cold and snowy weather.

We had a pleasant experience from arrival to departure. Every employee encountered from front desk to shuttle were helpful and friendly. Many thanks to Brittany for making our stay so enjoyable - she provides top notch customer service. Our trip was for an appointment at Mayo and the staff made it much easier. The room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and tasty. The shuttle service was pleasant and efficient. We will be staying again and hope to see Brittany's smiling face.

I had an excellent and relaxing stay at this TownePlace Suites. This hotel feels brand new: clean and designed with modern interiors. My room was quiet, and the standard layout felt comfortably spacious with a large work desk, TV, and a kitchenette featuring a refrigerator and freezer - really convenient for a longer visit. The complimentary breakfast offered the essentials in a clean, inviting space; simple fare, but a pleasant way to start the day. While the parking was $24/day, the hotel’s covered underground parking is so essential given the current downtown/Mayo Clinic construction project, making parking in the city extremely challenging. One of the highlights is having Spyhouse Coffee right in the lobby. It’s a local Minnesota favorite, and it creates a great atmosphere for working or unwinding without ever having to leave the building. For those visiting the Mayo Clinic, the location is very practical. You can reach the subway tunnel system with an easy walk to the Dan Abraham Healthy Living Center two blocks away. The hotel also offers shuttles to Mayo Clinic/downtown Rochester. Overall, a comfortable, quiet, and new place to stay—highly recommended.

Though there was the downtown Mayo construction, the directions to get to the hotel were terrific and easy to follow. I especially liked the Spyhouse cafe for a coffee and the small meeting room and lobby to relax and finishing reading my book. The friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the entire property was wonderful. There was very minimal noise from the construction that did not affect my sleep or rest time.

Good location, clean rooms, friendly staffs.

More option for breakfast.

This was, without exception, the cleanest Marriot we've ever encountered. I would not stay anywhere else in Rochester. The location was excellent, and the staff was so friendly and helpful.

I did not like that we had to pay to park. Granted, it was a heated garage, so that helped.
