I especially love the private terrace overlooking Greyfriars Burial Grounds. Greyfriars is very historically interesting if you're fascinated by old graveyards (which I am!). Perfect location for enjoying a glass of wine and the fresh air in the evenings. The new bed was very comfortable.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Location - 5 to 10 minutes walk to heaps of restaurants and food outlets. Approx. 10 minute walk to train station. Very clean, tidy and quiet, liked having access to washing machine although it was in a very awkward little room at top of stairs.

There were 2 things - access to bedroom, bathroom and toilet was up very steep narrow stairs. We decided to leave suitcases on lounge floor rather than attempt to carry them upstairs as we thought this was too dangerous. Access to apartment from street was also via stairs. Would not recommend this property for people who may experience difficulty walking up and down steep stairs. Bed was very uncomfortable - owners should consider investing in a new mattress and base.

Incredibly lovely host. Easy check in & the place was exactly as described, the location was also perfect for us. We 100% recommend

One thing I thought could be better are the doors - there is a lot of them & they kept closing on us by themselves. Was a little tricky to move about when we were in a rush

Having the facilities to self cater

Shower far too small, TV didn't work although owner did try, the area was pretty run down and noisy at night. The entrance stairs were very industrial and not welcoming.

Really nice 2 floor flat very close to everything in Perth
