Excellent location and service...Hisham and Reyad were exceptional in their guest service...loved the place very much, Highly recommended for stay at Petra close to the visitor center....

The hotel is located just a few minutes away from the visitors centre in Petra, the rooms are a decent size, the staff is mostly very nice. They provided great recommendations for our trip and supported with the transfer to Wadi Rum, we had a great experience overall.

As it is with most accommodations in the country, the windows are not sound proof and hot water is available only up to 10 pm (not related to the hotel, this is the case for the entire region)

"Overall it's nice but there's still room for improvement"

The Manager was exceptionally good, the rooms were spacious and clean and the WiFi seemed to work pretty nice.

The only thing I didn't like is the breakfast as there weren't much food items to eat.
