"Great location for petra"

Good breakfast

While moving our car the valet driver left the car lights on and we had a flat battery as a result. Very annoying

"Convenience"

The place is well located. It is very convenient: the Petra Main entrance and the Petra Museum are around the corner and the hotel is surrounded by restaurants and cafes

It's just a very average place. It is not a fancy place nor it hasn't great or special room in any sense. It doesn't have good noise isolation

"Great location and lovely staff"

Location is excellent as it is so close to the main gate of Petra. We stayed in one of the new rooms which was very clean and a good size. The staff are great. They work incredibly hard but are always happy to chat and help. I’m afraid I’ve forgotten his name but the gentleman who was on reception for most of our stay was so welcoming and helpful. He helped us to stay an extra night as we changed our plans and wanted another day in Petra.
