Walking distance to Petra Visitor Center. Very polite customer service. They also gave us complementary flask full tea for our visit to Petra.

None to complain. I'd recommend the hotel to all visitors to Petra

Location was great - 5 mins walk to Petra visitor centre. Staff was also quite nice, they didn't speak lots of English, but were willing to accommodate our requests (we asked for a breakfast box as we were leaving at 6am).

- Room smelled like DECADES of smoking, despite being advertised as non-smokers. We asked to be changed to a real non-smokers room, but the staff couldn't accommodate our request. The smell was really strong and persistent throughout our two nights stay. - No hot water: I mean, there was hot water - but it lasted exactly 90 seconds every night. Result: we ended up taking cold showers every night. - Decrepit bathroom: seriously everything was wrong with that bathroom. Bathtub was severely clogged (water didn't drain), toilet was old and badly scratched (or extremely dirty, not too sure), there were gaps in the floor and rusty metal fixtures. It just looked like it hasn't been renovated in a very, very long time. Cherry on top: a sign saying that the toilet couldn't flush toilet paper. I can understand that limitation inside the archeological site, or in a remote location, but not in a higher end hotel in the centre of Wadi Musa. - Lack of cleanliness, and very old room: the carpet had seen better days, and probably hadn't seen a vacuum cleaner in a long while. - Breakfast was nothing to write home about.
