Quiet. It’s a smaller hotel so it’s there’s not to many people.

The maintenance workers customer service and the wait time for the elevator.

"OUTSTANDING HOTEL IN SILICON VALLEY WITH VERY CLEAN ROOMS AND AMAZING AMENITIES!"

My mother and I stayed in Room 126 from December 6th to December 7th. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and we were highly impressed by the amazing fitness center and swimming pool / jacuzzi this hotel has to offer. The breakfast buffet (complimentary) had a huge variety of breakfast choices and all the dishes we had were super delicious! Krizelle (Front Desk employee) was very polite, professional, friendly, hospitable and welcoming towards us during the check-in process and during our entire stay. Krizelle's level of customer service is truly outstanding and she is a very positive representation of the Marriott brand. Krizelle deserves recognition from the senior level leadership team at this hotel for her first-rate level of customer service. As a Silver Elite Bonvoy Member, I am glad to have selected this hotel during my visit to Silicon Valley and I will definitely be staying at this top notch hotel during my next visit to Silcon Valley. Thank you for an awesome stay!

"big room, but not enough value for price. charges parking."

Big room for family. Nice staff.

Dark rooms. Okish breakfast. Don't come to clean room and give towels everyday. Charges $15 for parking and ~$5 for laundry
