"Great Time for the family"

Quick staycation in the Bay Area. Staff was very friendly and warm. Hotel was fairly new. Room was decent sized and clean. Kids had a blast with the pool and hot tub. I would stay here again.

The people who work there are so kind. The hotel is so quiet and the hot tub is great

I didn’t sleep all that well due to a guest stomping throughout the night. My desk had bumps on it making for an uneven working surface. The breakfast was great. I just wish there were more variety of fruits.

On 08/09/25 in checking in at 10:00 pm the person at the front lobby had a very negative attitude. No customer service skills. However when dealing with other front lobby personnel the following days we’re very friendly. The breakfast was great and the room was clean.
