Great location…the room was very comfortable for 4. The breakfast was good & had enough choices for everyone.

Front desk associate Jeremy I believe his name is. Not friendly at all, customer service was very poor. Booked our room thinking we would have a bathtub since all photos on the website displayed so. When I got to my room the room shower was small and it was a walk in. Called Jeremy at the front desk asking if we can get a room with a tub since I have two small children. He said I should have requested it before booking. I explained that they advertised on tubs so I didn’t know that I would need to request it prior. He then asked very rudely saying that’s it right? I then proceeded to get a few tissues from the tissue box and the tissue box was placed in a cabinet and the cabinet drawer completely fell off, shortly after when we showered the rack holding the towels then came apart. Hopefully things improve but at least advertise what your rooms are really like.

It was nice property. Everybody was really nice except for the maids If you ask them questions or needed anything they acted like you were bothering them. I am at the property is very nice. It is over priced for the area And we worried about our vehicle because they were homeless people sleeping in their cars in the parking lot. The pool is called. The hot tub is good. They ran out of towels, so you have no towels to shower with.

This hotel met all our expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were great for relaxing evenings. The included breakfast was a full meal, and being able to hop right on the 880 made this a perfect place to stay.

Great stay

We stayed for one night as the hotel was very conveniently located near the freeway. The room was large and dark, but clean. The hotel’s website needs updates, because the information it has is different from what we are told from the front desk. The front desk says that the check-in time is 4 PM but online, the website says 3 PM. The front desk says that the café is not open on the weekends, but the website says it is open from 5 to 10 PM on weekends. The front desk told us to go to the Holiday Inn nearby because their food was better. While many Marriott hotels will give guests a receipt upon checking out, that did not happen at this hotel.
